Receiving an ADHD diagnosis as an adult is not easy, but needing to wait years for an appointment with a psychiatrist to start treatment, as is the case in Ireland, makes it so much worse. ADHD Shine offered me an accessible and supportive alternative that allowed me to process my diagnosis and find the correct treatment for me. I cannot thank Rebecca enough for her support, and for helping cope with my ADHD diagnosis. I highly recommend this service to anyone who has a confirmed diagnosis but stuck in the bureaucracy and cannot access treatment.

I have been extremely impressed & delighted with the services I received from ADHD Shine; I find them to be very pleasant in approach. Rebecca and her team have been fantastic. I would recommend ADHD Shine to anyone looking for titration of medication after an ADHD diagnosis.
As I write this my GP had actioned my ADHD shared care agreement which they received from Rebecca a week ago, how supper is that. I will be getting my ADHD medication as repeat from my GP.
